PERSONALISED HOMES
Enjoy a completely personalized villa experience. We can build your house, either on one of our plots or on your own plot. Alternatively we are able to remodel your current home into your dream home according to your own specifications. Meeting with our Architect will help you establish a unique home.

Your ideal home can be designed based upon your particular preferences regarding location, architecture, standards and price. Once you have decided on your house, HOMAD will prepare the Construction Contract, with a fixed price for your house, ready for you to put the key in the door.

We will handle all the legal and council requirements relating to completion of each house.

DETAIL & INTERIOR DESIGN
When starting the design of your home with us, HOMAD pays attention to detail. Design starts from the interior based on your preferences. We have specialists in decorative painting and offer construction solutions and special packages for the final internal and external view of your new home.

In our exclusive package HOMAD experts take over the entire interior design sourcing tiles, furniture and everything through to fabrics all the while keeping in mind your vision and consulting with you so that the final design reflects your personality.
