Aloni Residences is a boutique collection of three luxury holiday homes designed to celebrate the simplicity, beauty, and authenticity of island life in Pserimos.

The name Aloni is inspired by the traditional Greek threshing floor — a circular gathering place that once stood at the heart of rural communities. Historically, the aloni was more than a functional space; it was a place where people came together, shared stories, and lived in harmony with the landscape.

Other Features

The three residences are arranged around a central communal courtyard, defined by a mature olive tree and a circular seating area that reinterprets the traditional aloni in a contemporary way.

Natural stone walls, whitewashed volumes, native planting, and handcrafted outdoor spaces create a seamless connection between architecture and the surrounding landscape.

Every design decision was guided by a desire to preserve the spirit of Pserimos while offering a refined and contemporary hospitality experience. The project embraces local materials, Mediterranean planting, and the timeless palette of the Aegean, creating an atmosphere of understated luxury and tranquility.
