EMMELIA COMPLEX

This project consists of two nearly identical, two-storey residences located in Panormos, Kalymnos. Designed with  respect for the island’s architectural identity, the homes combine traditional materials and details with a clean contemporary approach. Natural stone, decorative elements on the balconies, textured boundary walls, and carefully designed landscaped areas create a warm and distinctive character.

Each residence features its own private swimming pool, dedicated parking area, and generous outdoor spaces. The ground floor is designed as an open-plan living area combining the living room, kitchen and dining space, together with a WC and one bedroom. The upper floor is dedicated to a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, private wardrobe, and access to a large terrace offering panoramic views towards Kantouni and across the western and eastern sides of Kalymnos. The overall design balances privacy, functionality and contemporary comfort while remaining closely connected to the traditional character of the island.
