CLEONIKVS
Interior and Facade renovation project in the heart of an old stone downtown area.
The intervention involve a double-storey building with a Gross Area of 150 square meters and our aim was to subdivide the entire first floor into 2 independent apartments of about 40 sqm each with the addition of a timber wood structure mezzanine, in order to preserve the heritage and charm of traditional homes.
Our new render showcases a transformation of this historic property, with new windows and doors that seamlessly blend with the existing stonework. The addition of a spacious balcony on the second floor adds a functional modern touch, while still maintaining the overall traditional feel of the house. Inside, we have created a design that combines the old with the new, using natural materials such as wood and stone to add a sense of authenticity and timelessness to the space.
We have also reconfigured the house’s layout to maximize natural light and optimize the open space experience, with a double-height spacious living area with a built-in functional kitchen and cozy fireplaces for gathering with friends and family, paying attention to detail, creating a truly unique and inviting space.
